My name is Mandy Carver, and I have been working for over a decade one-on-one with students struggling after recovery from surgery, mental illness, mental health issues, chronic illness, difficulty managing ADHD and other learning disabilities, and those whose grades do not reflect their natural abilities. I love what I do and am constantly reading books and articles about new techniques and trends in education.
I have a Masters in Special Education from Centenary University and a Masters in Child Advocacy and Policy from Montclair State University.
I teach all core subjects at the middle and high school level as well as organization, study skills, and emotion regulation. Math level through Calculus as well as AP/IB courses.
